Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant at AVITO Properties UAE in Dubai. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for acquiring new clients , manage listing of properties ,managing leases, resident retention, communication with tenants, lease administration, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
QualificationsÂ
Candidates having specialization of a particular micro markets such as Marina, JBR, JLT , Jumeirah or Downtown shall be given a preference .
- Leases and Lease Administration skills
- Resident Retention and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- This is completely a target oriented and commission based job, however we are open for a hybrid structure for an exceptional candidate .
